Summary

Step Control Button never moves simulation forward on the first click after first load of page and resetting the Simulation grid.

Load Page
Click Step Button

What is the current bug behavior?

(What actually happens)

Nothing Moves on the first click. Second click works.

What is the expected correct behavior?

(What you should see instead)

First click should already step simulation forward one update.

Relevant logs and/or screenshots
